COURSE ENROLLMENT / TUITION PAYMENT
At TacTrain, we like to make doing business as easy as possible. We have three ways you can enroll in our courses:
1. You can enroll in a course by paying your tuition online, through our PayPal Shopping Cart. The shopping cart is on the "Schedule - All" page. Scroll down to the class you wish to enroll, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Then select the "View Cart" button at the top of the page, and pay through your PayPal account, or a credit card, or bank debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use this shopping cart system. We receive your tuition payment within minutes and you will receive a "sign-up" email (sent out normally within 24 hours). The sign-up email will request certain additional information, if you have never taken a class with us in the past, such as:
· Your Full Legal Name (middle name must be spelled out, no initials)
· Your Name as you wish it to appear on your certificate
· Your Physical Address
· Your Mailing Address (if different from your physical)
· Your Contact Phone Number
· Your Date of Birth
· Your email Address
· Other credential information if requested
Once you submit the information requested, you are enrolled. About 3-5 weeks prior to the class, you will be sent a Student Confirmation email, which locks your slot in the class, and provides information about the course such as; where, when, time, what to bring, how to prepare, what to expect, etc.
2. You can send us an email to and list the class you wish to sign-up for. We will reply with a sign-up email. The sign-up email will request certain additional information, if you have never taken a class with us in the past, as well as payment suggestions. You can then use our PayPal Shopping Cart, as listed above in option 1, to pay your tuition, or submit a personal/company check as arranged. Once you submit the information requested, you are enrolled. About 3-5 weeks prior to the class, you will receive a Student Confirmation email, which locks your slot in the class, and provides information about the course such as; where, when, time, what to bring, how to prepare, what to expect, etc.
3. You can contact us by phone and arrange to sign-up and make payment.
There are however a few restrictions we implement, to assure the classes are conducted properly. Your tuition and completed enrollment information must be received and approved, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class. Students are required to prove minimum adult age and US Citizenship, if requested. Students who are not of minimum age or not a US Citizen, may qualify for a waver from the Chief Instructor.CANCELLATIONS / TUITION REFUNDS
Enrollments canceled prior to two weeks, will be accepted and any tuition payments will be refunded in-full, promptly. Cancellation with less than two weeks but more than 7 days, will be applied towards your tuition for the next scheduled level class or another class of your choice, if you qualify for that course. Cancellation received less than 7 days and/or "no shows", there is no refund of tuition payment and rescheduling is at the discretion of the Chief Instructor.
We understand there are those times when work or family emergencies, will supersede class attendance. We will take this into consideration when applying the cancellation policy. Putting these events together are time consuming and demanding, and we strive to keep our tuition fees at a minimum. We ask that students respect this effort, and other students in the class, by showing up on time and being prepared to go at start of class. Our classes are designed for full participation, evening missing 10-15 minutes is critical. PLEASE, if you enroll for a class, be on time, and if you have an emergency which will delay you, contact us as soon as possible. THANK YOU
TacTrain avoids class cancellation as much as possible. There are however times a class may be canceled, caused by facility unavailability or extreme weather conditions, which fall outside of our control. In the event a class is canceled, we will contact students as soon as possible, and make arrangements for a future class, or refund tuitions in-full, promptly.
TUITION RATES
We offer TacTrain Alumni students a reduced rate for attending a class which they successfully attended, within the past two years. Currently most 1-day classes are $100.00 to attend the first time, which is listed in our shopping cart as "Initial". The tuition fee to repeat this class is currently $50.00 and is listed in our shopping cart as "Repeat". Repeat student enrollment is based on available slots. Two and three day , and special classes, usually reflect similar repeat tuition rate savings.
